One-Year Anniversary of FDA De Novo Clearance for Spur®
One year after receiving FDA De Novo clearance for the Spur Peripheral Retrievable Stent System at the NCVH 2025 conference, Reflow Medical celebrated the designation, which has fueled growing clinical adoption, expanding scientific evidence, and continued progress in BTK disease treatment. We thank our physician partners and team members whose dedication and collaboration continue to help bring Spur to more patients in need.
NCVH 2026: Spur Live Cases and 12-Month Evidence
At NCVH 2026, Pradeep Nair, MD showcased the Spur Stent System in a live case session on PAD therapy, including IVUS results showing substantial luminal expansion despite severe calcific burden.
We also recognize Ramzan Zakir, MD for sharing the new 12-month DEEPER REVEAL data, as well as Fadi Saab, MD and his cath lab team for contributing a live Spur case to the discussion around complex BTK intervention.
Expert Perspectives on Spur in BTK Treatment
Anahita Dua, MD and Patrick Muck, MD presented case-based perspectives during Vascular LIVE! at VAM26 in Boston. The presentation showcased how Spur is integrated into their BTK treatment algorithms for patients with CLTI and complex BTK lesions.
Scott Harding, MD Shares DEEPER CORONARY 6-month Results
Dr. Harding presented the first 6-month results from the DEEPER CORONARY first-in-human study at EuroPCR 2026 in Paris, evaluating the investigational coronary Spur Elute Sirolimus-Eluting Retrievable Stent System* for coronary ISR. The results demonstrated safety and promising efficacy.

AVC 2026: BTK Session Features Retrievable Scaffold Therapy (RST)
At the Advanced Vascular Conference (AVC) 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany, Konstantino Donas, MD; Erwin Blessing, MD; and Marc Sirvent, MD shared their practical insights during the BTK session, focusing on treatment strategies, including Retrievable Scaffold Therapy (RST), for complex infrapopliteal lesions.
First Physician Proctor Training in Marbella, Spain includes Live Cases
Our first Physician Proctor Training in Marbella, Spain welcomed physicians from across Europe to learn from guest physician proctors Mariano Palena, MD; Elisa Piccolo, MD; and Fernando Gallardo, MD. The program focused on real-world CLTI BTK treatment, combining live cases with discussion and decision-making in the cath lab.
The Next Generation of Torqueable Microcatheters: Now Available in the US
The 3rd generation of Cora Flex® and Cora Force® Torqueable Microcatheters are now commercially available in the US. They are engineered for unmatched bi-directional spinning freedom and exceptional torque transmission for navigating and crossing complex coronary lesions.
Clinical Value of Retrievable Scaffold Therapy Supported
On April 13, we announced the 12-month results of the DEEPER REVEAL trial which further support the clinical value of Retrievable Scaffold Therapy (RST) with the Spur Stent System. The findings reflect meaningful clinical recovery, reduced reintervention rates, and sustained vessel patency in a high-risk patient cohort.
CX 2026: DEEPER OUS 3-Year Data on the Main Podium
At Charing Cross (CX) 2026, held in London, Andrew Holden, MD presented for the first time the DEEPER OUS 3-year data demonstrating the sustained safety and clinical efficacy of the Spur System in combination with paclitaxel DCBs following predilatation.
Anahita Dua, MD; Leyla Schweiger, MD; and Bruno Migliara, MD offered clinical perspectives on Retrievable Scaffold Therapy (RST) throughout the sessions.

Cora Flex and Cora Force Previewed at SCAI 2026
At SCAI 2026, the Scientific Sessions & CAIC-ACCI Summit presented by the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography & Interventions, we previewed the next generation of torqueable microcatheters for coronary lesion crossing, including Cora Flex and Cora Force. Sahil Parikh, MD also provided insights on current and future Spur Stent technologies.
Dr. Bruno Migliara Shares Successful Spur Case
At CLI-C Global 2026 in Venice, Italy, Bruno Migliara, MD presented a recorded CLTI case using the Spur System to treat a long-segment ATA occlusion. At 6-month follow-up, patency was confirmed and complete wound healing achieved.
Cath Lab–Based Proctor Training Session on BTK CLTI
Moinakhtar Lala, MD, Mehran Khorsandi, MD, and the team at the Center for Advanced Cardiac and Vascular Interventions (CACVI) hosted a training session for our 2026 BTK CLTI Proctoring Program in April. These live, cath lab–based training sessions are designed to strengthen endovascular skills in challenging BTK interventions.

Our first global distributor meeting, RISE 2026, held in Munich, brought together partners from across markets to align on strategy, collaboration, and execution. During the meeting, we presented awards to EPS Vascular, World Medica, Multimedic s.r.o., and Vascumed in recognition of specific achievements within their respective regions.

At the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting in Toronto, key milestones for Reflow Medical included late-breaking 12‑month outcomes from the DEEPER REVEAL trial were presented by Constantino Pena, MD.
Experts Address Challenges in BTK CLTI Treatment
The IMENDO (International Multidisciplinary Endovascular Forum) session, “Big Issues in Treating CLTI,” brought together experts to address key challenges in BTK revascularization, including Koen Deloose, MD and his team for sharing a recorded case of a Rutherford 5 patient (>90 years) with occlusion of the tibial arteries in a non-healing wound of the third toe.
