This anniversary is an important milestone for us and one we celebrate with pride and gratitude. It reflects years of dedication, perseverance, medical ingenuity, clinical collaboration, and a shared belief in our mission: to develop meaningful solutions that support physicians in treating patients with complex cardiovascular disease.
The progress we recognize today did not happen by chance. It was made possible by people: our employees, whose commitment and expertise have shaped every stage of our development; our physician partners, who continue to challenge, guide, and inspire us; our sales team and distribution partners, who help bring our technologies to clinical communities around the world; and the broader cardiovascular community, whose trust and collaboration remain essential to our journey.

Over the past 15 years, Reflow Medical has grown from an idea-driven company into a global organization with a sales presence in more than 55 countries, supported by a worldwide team of more than 135 employees and a network of more than 30 distribution partners. Along the way, the company has advanced a portfolio that today includes 4 peripheral and 3 coronary technologies, supported by proprietary drug-formulation capabilities and a growing intellectual property foundation of more than 70 registered patents.
Reflow Medical is also proud of the recognition and evidence generated around its technologies, including important regulatory milestones such as the Breakthrough Device Designation and De Novo clearance for the Spur Stent System, as well as six completed and ongoing clinical studies involving more than 2,200 enrolled and planned patients.
Behind every product, every study, every procedure, and every partnership are patients and the physicians dedicated to giving them better options in care. That understanding has guided us from the beginning and continues to define how we work, how we innovate, and how we move forward.
As we look ahead, we do so with energy and ambition. Our pipeline includes new products, indication expansions, and product-line extensions designed to support the next generation of cardiovascular solutions. While we are proud of what we have built together, we know that the opportunities ahead are significant and our commitment remains strong.
